Greg T. Pender serves as Managing Partner for MRB Contractors, leading business development efforts across Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. With more than 30 years of commercial roofing experience, Greg plays a key role in driving growth throughout the region, building strong client partnerships, and aligning closely with operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. Known for his customer-first approach, he has established lasting relationships with property managers and building owners across the markets he serves.
Prior to joining MRB, Greg owned and operated multiple roofing companies and spent nearly two decades as Regional Vice President of a large California-based firm from 2007 to 2025, where he managed over $100 million in commercial roofing projects.
A U.S. Navy Seabee and Desert Storm/Desert Shield veteran, Greg earned the Navy Achievement Medal and completed his service as a 2nd Class Petty Officer. He has served on several industry Boards of Directors, including BOMA Greater Phoenix, the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA), and the Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA), where he currently serves as Low Slope Committee Chair. Greg held an RRO certification from the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI) for eight years and is a member of Marquis Who’s Who.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their two daughters, as well as traveling, boating, water skiing, snowboarding, and playing golf (poorly).
