Ravi Verma joined MRB Contractors in 2019 as Financial Controller and quickly advanced to his current role as Chief Financial Officer. With more than two decades of experience in accounting, finance, and business operations, Ravi has built a reputation as a trusted financial leader who combines technical expertise with a strategic, growth-minded outlook.
His career spans large, mid-sized, and small corporations, as well as non-profit and start-up organizations across a wide range of industries. Ravi’s diverse background includes business development in IT-enabled services, tax preparation, operations management, and finance and accounting supervision. He has developed strong expertise in general accounting functions—and has consistently delivered results through careful analysis and process optimization.
Ravi is recognized for his ability to implement effective time- and cost-saving solutions that directly contribute to profitability. He has also played a key role in guiding organizations through complex financial transitions, including mergers, acquisitions, SBA loan negotiations, and the formation of subsidiaries in India and Mexico. His experience in business process re-engineering, systems analysis, and financial modeling has enabled him to align finance with long-term business objectives, ensuring stability and scalability.
At MRB Contractors, Ravi oversees all aspects of financial strategy and performance, working closely with the executive team to support the company’s rapid national growth. His leadership helps ensure MRB’s continued success as a top-tier contractor with a strong financial foundation.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ravi is known for his high energy, inquisitive nature, and constructive outlook, which allow him to collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and all levels of an organization. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan. He especially loves soccer—proudly supporting Liverpool FC—and enjoys following just about any sporting event.
