Matt Hines is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MRB Contractors, a nationally recognized commercial roofing firm headquartered in Texas, with offices in Florida, California, Arizona, and Colorado, and licensure in over 30 states. Since founding the company in 2012, Mr. Hines has led MRB’s strategic growth, overseeing financial forecasting, operations, and business development. His leadership has positioned MRB Contractors as a premier provider of commercial roofing solutions across the country. Under his leadership MRB has become one of the Nations top 100 largest roofing contractors.
He holds multiple certifications and licenses, including:

- Alabama Commercial Roofing License
Mr. Hines has served in several industry leadership roles. He was a two-year board member of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association (NTRCA), serving as President in 2016 and Past President in 2017.
A former Division I football recruit, Mr. Hines began his collegiate career at Texas Christian University (TCU) before earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington. He also holds a Texas Real Estate License.
He resides in Southlake, Texas, with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and traveling.
